We provide a structured weekly boarding school transfer service between Tauranga, Te Puke, Rotorua, Tokoroa and Putāruru, and schools in Cambridge and Hamilton.
Students travel on a set schedule, using central pickup and drop-off points, with all timing and coordination managed by our team. The service is designed to be consistent and straightforward, giving families a reliable option each week without needing to manage the logistics themselves.

Two separate boarding school shuttle services operate each Friday afternoon:
The times below are approximate departure times from each school. Your student’s final pickup time and allocated service will be confirmed by text to your nominated mobile number the day before travel.
When booking online, please select your student’s school and the correct destination service.

Drop-off times are approximate and may vary with traffic and passenger numbers. A parent or guardian must meet the student at their drop-off point unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with our office in advance.
Students will not be left unattended. Please be at the meeting point by the confirmed arrival time, as delays affect the onward journey for other students and families.
Oversized items, including musical instruments and surfboards, must be pre-booked so we can ensure enough luggage space is available.

Two separate Sunday services return students to their Hamilton and Cambridge boarding schools:
Both services operate on a set departure schedule. Please ensure students are at their pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

After leaving the regional pickup points, students will be returned to schools in the following order:
St Peter’s School, Cambridge → Hamilton Boys’ High School → Sacred Heart Girls’ College → Hamilton Girls’ High School → Waikato Diocesan School for Girls → St Paul’s Collegiate School → Southwell School
Arrival times will vary slightly depending on traffic and passenger numbers, but students are scheduled to arrive at school in the early evening, ready for the week ahead.
The student transfer service is provided based on the following:
Pre-booking your students transfer is essential and should be done no later than 3pm the day prior to travel. If you wish to book a transfer after this time then you must call the office on 07 547 4444 to check for availability.
2. All bookings must be prepaid. Cash payments to the driver will not be accepted.
3. Collection at Hamilton Schools will only be made for pre-booked students.
4. The service will not depart from each location until the scheduled time. Students must be ready to depart at the scheduled time. The vehicles will not wait for late arrivals. Changes to the scheduled times will be advised in advance.
5. Cancellations to confirmed bookings will be accepted until 9.00am on the day of travel without penalty, and must be advised as soon as possible by telephone on 07 547 4444. Prior to 9.00am, a full refund will be provided or the booking can be changed for a future date of travel. Cancellations after that time (or if a student does not travel on the shuttle) are non-refundable.
6. There is a 25% surcharge for travel on any New Zealand public holiday.
7. Where seat belts are fitted they must be worn. Students must remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving without any part of themselves or their clothing protruding from the vehicle.
8. Students must not interfere with, or alter, any fixtures, fittings or articles in the vehicles.
9. No Student will direct threatening, derogatory or bullying behaviour to any other student using this service or to the driver of the vehicle. No Student will use unacceptably loud, aggressive or foul language in the course of using this service, whether this be directed at any person or not. Any Student continuing to misbehave in any way will be reported to his/her parents and/or the school principle and may be asked to stand down from the service for a period defined by Luxury Airport Shuttles.
10. Snacks and water may be taken onto the vehicle. Students are required to take their rubbish with them.
11. Luggage is carried at your own risk.
