Luxury Airport Shuttles have a scheduled Boarding School Transfer Service between Tauranga & Te Puke to and from Cambridge and Hamilton Schools. To get students home for the weekend, and back to School for Monday.
We provide a structured weekly boarding school transfer service between Tauranga, Te Puke, and schools in Cambridge and Hamilton.
Students travel on a set schedule, using central pickup and drop-off points, with all timing and coordination managed by our team. The service is designed to be consistent and straightforward, giving families a reliable option each week without needing to manage the logistics themselves.
Pricing is simple and fixed.
$50 one way, or $100 return, from Bethlehem, Tauranga Airport, or Te Puke.
This is a pre-booked service with clear timings, set locations, and a familiar routine for students travelling regularly between home and school.

We understand many students are travelling alone. Our drivers provide a calm, professional service and ensure students are guided from arrival through to their destination.
Students are met at the airport and taken straight to their host family. No waiting, no sharing, and no unnecessary stops along the way.
The times below are approximate departure times from each school. Final pickup times will be confirmed to your nominated mobile number the day prior to travel.

Drop-off times are approximate and will vary slightly depending on traffic and the number of students travelling.

Parents/guardians should be at the drop off point to meet the student by the time of arrival. Should you be unable to be at the meeting point please advise the office in advance.
Students will not be left at a drop off point until the parent/guardian is there to meet them, unless otherwise advised. Please ensure you are at the meeting point by the due time, if not then you will be delaying the onward travel of the bus and inconveniencing the other students/parents.
Oversize items such as musical instruments, surfboards etc, must be pre-booked so we can make sure we have space available in the vehicles or trailer provided.
Students return to school on Sunday afternoons, travelling from Tauranga, Te Puke, and Bethlehem to their respective schools in Hamilton and Cambridge.
This service follows a set departure schedule, with students picked up from central locations and transported directly to school. Travel is planned so students arrive in the early evening, ready for the start of the week.

After departing Tauranga, students are transported to their schools in the following order:
St Peter’s Cambridge → Hamilton Boys’ High School → Sacred Heart Girls’ College → Hamilton Girls’ High School → Waikato Diocesan School → St Paul’s Collegiate → Southwell School
Arrival times will vary slightly depending on traffic and the number of students travelling, but all drop-offs are scheduled for the early evening.
The student transfer service is provided based on the following:
Pre-booking your students transfer is essential and should be done no later than 3pm the day prior to travel. If you wish to book a transfer after this time then you must call the office on 07 547 4444 to check for availability.
2. All bookings must be prepaid. Cash payments to the driver will not be accepted.
3. Collection at Hamilton Schools will only be made for pre-booked students.
4. The service will not depart from each location until the scheduled time. Students must be ready to depart at the scheduled time. The vehicles will not wait for late arrivals. Changes to the scheduled times will be advised in advance.
5. Cancellations to confirmed bookings will be accepted until 9.00am on the day of travel without penalty, and must be advised as soon as possible by telephone on 07 547 4444. Prior to 9.00am, a full refund will be provided or the booking can be changed for a future date of travel. Cancellations after that time (or if a student does not travel on the shuttle) are non-refundable.
6. There is a 25% surcharge for travel on any New Zealand public holiday.
7. Where seat belts are fitted they must be worn. Students must remain seated at all times while the vehicle is moving without any part of themselves or their clothing protruding from the vehicle.
8. Students must not interfere with, or alter, any fixtures, fittings or articles in the vehicles.
9. No Student will direct threatening, derogatory or bullying behaviour to any other student using this service or to the driver of the vehicle. No Student will use unacceptably loud, aggressive or foul language in the course of using this service, whether this be directed at any person or not. Any Student continuing to misbehave in any way will be reported to his/her parents and/or the school principle and may be asked to stand down from the service for a period defined by Luxury Airport Shuttles.
10. Snacks and water may be taken onto the vehicle. Students are required to take their rubbish with them.
11. Luggage is carried at your own risk.
