This depends on the addresses for the passengers pre-booked. We aim to take the most efficient route and allow for toilet breaks along the way.
For a Private transfer, there is no delay! Our driver will be waiting for you at the meeting point when you come off your plane, and will escort you directly to the vehicle to depart. No waiting, no hassel.
Turn left as you leave customs, towards door 11. Our driver will be waiting for you wearing a Grey shirt and holding a Luxury Airport Shuttles sign. If they are not there, do not leave the terminal. Go to the information centre who can call our driver or office.
Absolutely, that is the service we provide. We will greet you and load your luggage on board the shuttle. If accessing your house is difficult with low hanging trees, a long driveway or little turning room, please advise us.
We allow one carry on and one large suitcase (up to 30kg) and one small carry on per person booked on the Shuttle. Aditional items are an adittional cost, please advise our team if you have adittional luggage requirements. Oversized ityems MUST be pre booked to ensre we have appropriate lugage capacity for yor transfer.
International check-in times apply, so we recommended you arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to your flight. Check-in closes 60 minutes prior to departures. International flights are subject to International security screening so can take time.
