Please note that our departure times from Auckland Airport are now fixed to give our clients certainty of the departure time. For international arrivals, check in with the driver 30 minutes before departure. If you miss your departure time due to flight delays, we will move your reservation to the next available shuttle.
Shared Shuttle Conditions:
Children aged 4-14 years inclusive travel at a reduced cost. Toddlers/infants 0 - 3 years travel free of charge. Unaccompanied children travel at adult rates.
Fares are for passengers travelling together and to/from the same address.
Cancellation of a booking after it has been confirmed but advised more than 7 days before the expected collection time will incur a $50 per booking cancellation fee plus any surcharge fees.
Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice but more than 48 hours prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of collection time are non-refundable.
Bookings may be changed to an open-dated ticket, valid for 6 months only from the date of change and will not incur the cancellation fee.
Bookings within 24 hours of travel are considered late bookings, you may have to fit in with our schedule on our shared service.
Rates include GST of 15% and are in New Zealand dollars.
A 25% surcharge applies on New Zealand Statutory holidays.
A non-refundable 2% fee will apply to Visa & Mastercard credit card transactions. A 4% fee will apply to American Express transactions.
