Online bookings are only available for 'Auckland Airport Shuttle', 'City to City Shuttle' and 'School Transfers'.
We cannot accept online bookings that operate within 24 hours of travel time, so you will need to contact us directly to do this.

Auckland International Terminal
On arriving flights, please clear customs as quickly as possible to avoid shuttle delays. You may be required to wait for other passengers on a shared shuttle service.
If you or your flight is delayed, there is the possibility that your shuttle may have to leave but your booking will be passed to the next shuttle. This does not apply to Private Charter bookings. If you think your customs clearance will be longer than 1 hour, please contact Luxury Airport Shuttles.
The meeting point for Auckland International Airport is just outside the arrivals gate, near the Spark and One.NZ desks. Your driver will be in a Grey Shirt, and a sign labled Luxuary Airport Shuttles. Please meet your driver here no less than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
If you are delayed through customs or imigration, you must advise us as soon as possible.
Auckland Domestic Terminal
Our Luxury Airport Shuttles van delivers and departs from the Shuttle service lane - outside doors number 7 and 8 (jetstar check in area)
Your estimated departure time will be confirmed prior to arrival in Auckland
Your driver will be in a sign written Luxury Airport Shuttles van, and will be holding a Sign for Luxury Airport Shuttles.
Confirmation of Timings
Your Booking Confirmation email will provide an approximate pickup time from your home address. The actual time will be confirmed to you by telephone the day prior to travel after we have planned each shuttle run.
Booking Terms and Conditions
We provide transfers to and from Auckland International & Domestic Airport Terminals.
We aim that our frequent service match your travel plans as closely as possible. Please refer to our SCHEDULES & RATES menu for details.
Luxury Airport Shuttles have a strong emphasis on respectful customer care, our drivers are well trained, and prepared for each job they are doing.

Please note:
Children are aged 4-15 years inclusive and are half price. Children 0 - 3 yrs travel free. Unaccompanied children travel at adult rates.
Fares are for passengers travelling together and to/from the same address
Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A non-refundable 2% surcharge applies to Visa & Mastercard credit card transactions; and 4% surcharge to American Express transactions.
Should your booking change due to COVID / Border restrictions, we will open-date it for future use within 12 Months. Or you can cancel and have your booking refunded less a $40 administration fee, plus credit card processing fee.
Your booking with Luxury Airport Shuttles are accepted on the following terms:
The service is a shared passenger service and you must be flexible with travel times.
You may be required to wait at the airport within the given "departure window" after meeting your driver for other passengers to arrive off flights.
Passengers on arriving flights must meet the shuttle driver as soon as possible, any delays beyond 45 minutes from the flights arrival time must be advised to the office immediately. Failure to do so could mean your shuttle will leave without you and you will have to wait for the next one.
Luxury Airport Shuttles takes no responsibility when flights arrive early or late. We monitor flight arrival times to try and accommodate late arrivals where possible, however you may have to wait for the next scheduled shuttle (subject to space) if the original shuttle has to leave due to other passengers arriving on time. This will be done at no extra cost, but the waiting time may be significant.
Any changes to your travel plans should be advised to us as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to accommodate these to our best ability. Once a booking has been confirmed, a $40 per booking administration fee will apply if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the collection time. For any cancellations made within 24 hours of the collection time, no refunds will be given - but you can keep an "open-dated booking" in credit.
All passengers should remain seated whilst the vehicle is moving. Please ensure your seat belt is fastened.
Children, infants and babies will only be carried if you have a suitable child seat for them. Luxury Airport Shuttles do not provide child or infant seats.
Included luggage allowance is one small and one large suitcase. Any additional bags should be prepaid at $10 each. Extra items are carried at our discretion. Oversize items will only be carried if pre-booked, the charge for such items is $15.00.
Rates quoted are for addresses within 10 kilometres of the location selected from the list of addresses. Should your address prove to be beyond this then we reserve the right to charge an additional $2.00 per kilometre if it results in a longer transfer distance.
Luxury Airport Shuttles reserves the right to alter it's prices without notice. Existing bookings already made will be honoured at the original price at the time of booking.
Luxury Airport Shuttles may upgrade passengers to a larger vehicle at our discretion.
You acknowledge in the event of any environmental “Acts of God“ (earthquake, weather or any other naturally occurring emergency events) or operationally disruptive events (unforeseen traffic congestion, civil event disruption etc.) arising, that – whilst employing its best efforts to deliver transport services to you during such events – Luxury Airport Shuttles Ltd may not be able to provide the timely delivery of such services to you. You acknowledge that should such unforeseen events arise, it is your sole responsibility to monitor such events and make changes to your travel plans with Luxury Airport Shuttles Ltd or other transport providers to mitigate any such risk these events present to your travel plans in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. We strongly advise you to ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
