Luxury Airport Shuttles are a Tauranga based company that has been operating in the Bay of Plenty and part of the Waikato for many years. We are always looking for good drivers with great customer service skills for runs between Rotorua, Hamilton, Cambridge and the Auckland Airport.

Class 2 & 4 Coach Drivers Wanted

With an increasingly busy charter, airport, cruise ship and inbound tour programme ahead of us, we are looking for some excellent drivers in the Bay of Plenty. We have a mix of local and long distance charter work with both commentary and non-commentary work.

All you need is a class 2 or 4 license with a Passenger Endorsement – previous experiences as a driver/guide is an advantage but not crucial.

Our ideal applicant:

  • Must be comfortable around different cultures.
  • Thrive on a challenge, have initiative and are able to always have a smile on your face.
  • Be a professional and safety conscious driver at all times

Tauranga, Rotorua and Hamilton Drivers wanted

We are seeking reliable drivers to work with us on runs to and from Auckland Airport. As we are a 24/7 company you will need to be prepared sometimes to work unusual hours including nights and weekends.

Our drivers are the face of the company and we require people who have good presentation, excellent people skills and provide our customers with a service that makes them want to use us again.

Requirements:

  • We have mainly Mercedes Benz vehicles; drivers are required to have a full clean “Class 1″ licence, and a “small P” endorsement.
  • Please do not apply if you do not have the “small P” licence endorsement.

Cruise Ship Coordinator wanted

We are seeking a suitable person to assist us with a coordination of our cruise ship tour activities. This is a fixed term casual role for the duration of the cruise ship season (October to April).

Tasks may involve:

Cruise ship preparation
Confirm vehicle & tour requirements depending on number of passengers on board the ship.
Book in drivers and vehicles in  Calendar and on cruise planning spreadsheet
Fill in inventory list and send to the iPORT coordinator  Text drivers confirming the van assigned to them and departure time.
Ensure the vehicle headsets and folders are ready to go.
Ensure vehicles are up to the standard

Cruise Ship Day Tasks
Track bookings via the ibis res system.
Welcome any pre-booked passengers, introduce them to the driver
Liase with the iPORT coordinator to sell more tickets.
Contact attractions
Bring in more driver/guides and coaches as required
Meet and greet pre-booked groups
Take bookings for additional private charters
