Hospital Transfer & Health Shuttle
We offer a regular Patient Transfer Service to Tauranga and Hamilton Hospitals. This service is approved by the District Health Board and operates as a shared shuttle service. We can also transfer to Rotorua, Whakatane and Auckland Hospitals or Health Care Venues. Please Contact Us to book in advance or ask any questions.
Tauranga, Hamilton and Auckland Hospitals
We offer a Patient Transfer Service to Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Whakatane and Auckland Hospitals. This service is approved by the District Health Board.
Our drivers are all vaccinated and experienced in assisting passengers who may have special health needs, and we will assist in making your travel to and from hospitals for treatment and appointments as pleasant as possible.
Our services include
- Regular shuttle transfers to Tauranga and Waikato hospitals
- We also run to Whakatane, Rotorua and Auckland Hospitals if required
- A shared door to door service
- Free transport for approved patients and their support person – ask your health care provider
- Make your appointment as stress free as possible
- Visit friends or family in the above hospitals, or The Cancer Society’s Lions Lodge in Hamilton
Transfer subsidies
Transfers can be fully or partially subsidised, and you will need to contact your health service liaison person to arrange the approval for this. If you need assistance or information please contact us.

Our hospital transfer and health shuttle is operated as a shared service unless arranged otherwise with the District Health Board. All transfers will need to be booked in advance. Please contact us to make a booking.
